Teaching and Learning

Teaching and learning in many ways has been beneficial for you and me both.

Teaching and learning in many ways has been beneficial for you and me both.

My girls,

It is October 2, 2014. Fall is here, the trees’ many colors have arrived. While I write this letter you both are up front reading.

Today I’m writing to thank you both for listening and learning the many lessons I have taught you. Listening will always give you direction.

Listening allows you to look deep inside and find answers of support and love that will help you avoid negative outcomes and situations in your life. Years ago we sat down and I taught you being a great listener is being a great learner. The most important point I taught you was you can’t listen to the instruction of others until you have learned to listen to and instruct yourself. Thank you for understanding those words and applying it to your lives.

Teaching and learning in many ways has been beneficial for you and me both. As I speak to you, the words also resonate with me as well. We all grow together. You both have done such a great job of listening to your own instruction and as a result you are able to to pay attention to the positive aspects of your character and have become very understanding of others. That understanding will take you very far and help guide you in the best direction for your life.

Before I end this letter I want to remind you that circumstances in life may appear negative but always remember the many lessons I have taught you and always take time to discern the events affecting you, take a deep breath and continue to live one day at a time.

I love you both.
