It is Monday, February 27, 2012. Hints of spring can be seen on the flowering and budding trees.
It is a clear day and you both are in the reading room reading to each other. I love you both.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to spend time with you and listen to what was on your mind. There’s nothing like hearing so many positive words stream from a person. Listening to your words teaches me to always embrace, not fight, negativity so that I can move on and focus on the positive.
So today I would like to talk to you about living life one day at a time. You both are leading two different lifestyles. One of you may be busier than the other or you both may equally have the same amount of responsibilities. Regardless of how busy you are remember…
You both opened your eyes this morning and eventually started your day.
Life is a gift because everything moves forward. Living one step at a time, one day at a time will allow you to focus on the good and enjoy the moments shared with others. Is it difficult to live one day at a time? I will answer this question in a future letter. For right now I will say this…
The life we led yesterday brought us to this day. We don’t know the life we will lead tomorrow, so live today.
In 2010, I wrote a letter to you about an exercise I created to clear the mind and soul called Bread and Water. Take moments throughout your day to breathe. You will discover an incredible life you are living. I love you both.
